      Detected p95 latency above 8 s for AI Chat requests routed through eu-west-1.

      Failed over AI traffic to us-east-1 while we investigated the upstream model provider.

      Upstream provider confirmed recovery. Restored eu-west-1 routing and verified latency back to baseline (~1.4 s p95).
